3/2/23 ^^^ Reason for being (Ikigai)

 My reason for being is none other than to be healthy and happy.  

If I follow the argument, the bulk of it is about diet and exercise.

So I am willing to bet my life on Eating Right, Moving More, and Sleeping Well.

I am doing it now.

In the long run, I have my own model for Ikigai.  Instead of creating a model now, I say keep it simple a[s] (and) stick with my 4 Goals of Ikigai.

I feel excited when I think of them.  They become my reason to remain autonomous.

  • No [refine] carbs
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Weigh 60 kg
  • Run 21 km a year for 18 years

That's all I should focus on.  The rest will fall in place.

Next is for me to repeat it over and over again until they are ingrained in my mind.

The elaboration will be Sharudin 7.  That is the how, this is the what.

With that, I sever t[i]e (the) tie with all.

This is a really good life.  Every day I am in my all-black Iron Maiden uniform.  That is the peak of my delight.  I got to do it every fucking day of my life.

Most of my spending is on food.  If I don't eat [refine] carbs, there is no need to spend money on daily basis.

I intend to win this game.  I know I can do it.  All it takes is for me to save RM1,000 a year.  That's all it takes.  It is equivalent to earning interest on  RM20,000.  Either I save RM20,000 or the alternative is to save RM1,000 or both.  Then compound it for the next 10 years.

I can say that the money is for medical purposes.  However, if I take care of my diet and exercise, that will be my best insurance policy.

60 kg is my ticket to health and happiness.  That is my holy grail.  If I can hit that, I am more confident to do away with my medications.
