 I had completed my motivational slides to prepare me for the third attempt to stop consuming Sugar and Flour.

This is the conclusion.  No matter what, I will not quit the journey.  I will do my best to weigh 60 kg in 6 months' time.


Do notice that I am getting better every day.  The only thing is right now, I am going through a gestation period.  I am like that.  I am a slow starter because I am a very analytical person.  I need everything to be perfect.  Then only I start.

I [] (don't) jump into the pool right away.  I make sure everything is ready before I take a dip.

These slides are [are] my toolkits.  As far as timing is concerned, I am on schedule.  Therefore I will repeat these slides while writing to you.  I see it as part of my affirmation routine.

Dr. Sheehan was right.  We are our own heroes.  Therefore instead of going to the movies to look for one, live the life of heroes.  Fight your own dragons every day.  My dragon is the eight-headed hydra by the name of SSIDSLIP

Let me try to remember what it means:

S - Sugar

S - Starch

I - Inflammation

D - Depression

S - Sleepiness

L - Laziness

I - Inertia

P - Procrastination

That is the dragon I am fighting every day.  It is not an easy nemesis to defeat.  For the past 4 weeks, I was defeated twice.

Therefore, I am bringing in my crew; the likes of George, Eliud, and David.  I am within the ranks of superheroes.

I already have a statue with my quote in Vancouver, Canada.

This I will not fail.  I even roped Musashi as my personal coach.  This means Musashi is having a runner mindset.

I will run Bukit Kiara UNLESS it is closed to the public.  Let's decide once a[s] (and) for all that for the rest of our lives, Sarah, we run, run, run, and run.
