I will scale up until I can do 1 hour Run + Sprint and 1.5 hours Superset 9.
MWF is Elliptical + Superset 9.
Therefore I should start with 30 minutes of Elliptical. Then I scale to 1 hour.
The good news is, I am done for the day.
TTh I walk again. Until I can run. That will be in Syawal.
Saturday is Elliptical and Jump Rope. I probably add calisthenics.
Sunday is a 2 1/2 hours walk.
That's pretty much it. The life of an athlete. I exercise morning and afternoon.
The best gift you can give to yourself is the gift of health.
Sweat is bliss...
Honestly, I want to run, run, run, and run. That is the greatest satisfaction.
I am in pursuit of bliss.
