I slept after breakfast. Definitely I am experiencing Insulin Resistance.
I am an Athlete4Life. My job on a daily basis is to sleep well, eat right and move more. I definitely do Superset 9 today.
A professional athlete exercises for 3 hours a day at least.
That's it. I exercise am/pm. I will persist until I am a success.
45 inches waist is a serious matter.
It takes time to get rid of an old habit and develop a new habit.
I need to watch my diet and exercise.
I am doing this for the next 18 years. I guess it is OK to eat real food. What I need to avoid are refined carbs. I violated that this morning.

Certainly, I need to remain in isolation. At present, I need that to remain focused. I need to elevate myself to the status of an athlete. Not just a casual exerciser. I need to start my journey as an Athlete4Life.
So I exercise at 5:00 am and 3:00 pm EVERY DAY except on Sundays when I walk.
On other days, my intention is to exercise am/pm. Outdoor exercises are in the morning.
By the look of it, the calisthenics has to be on Saturday. For the time being, I can still schedule it to [m]e (be) on TTh.
From today onwards my mindset is the mindset of an Athlete4Life.
Today is the test. I have to make it work.
This is the part where the Warrior Walks Alone. It's high pressure that creates diamonds.
