I made it. No 3-in-1 Coffee for tonight. Keep on repeating the mantra. Over and over again until I become an Athlete4Life.
Jazz Lounge, Symphony 924, the Last of the Mohican, and Iron Maiden; are my resources to stay focused.
What is my real purpose in life?
To run, run, run, and run.
I must remember that well.
To be able to run is to be a man fully functioning.
No matter what, I need discipline and a positive mindset.
The first priority until Ramadan is to quit Sugar and Flour.
I need the discipline to eat right, move more and sleep well.
Today is a mess. I slept the whole day through. Very exhausted.
I need to win the day, every day.
Stay disciplined, stay positive.
Hope is the last to die
My priority is [] (to) get my routine right and from there, I'll do the same variations like clockwork, day in and day out.
It starts with sleeping on time.
As for the blog, it is an affirmation tool. It is meant for me to repeat the same message.
Every day, I should remind myself to avoid Sugar and Flour. Then, to sleep on time, wake up early, eat right, complete Superset 9, and finally aim for 60 kg. Every day is like clockwork.
OK, I am done with setting the house rules.
Now I just want to ramble.
