40 kg, that's all I can think of. I will push it to the brink.
I realize that I cannot skip carbs but instead, I should focus on eating clean.
If I eat clean, I can do away with sugar. Especially 3-in-1 coffee.
Then I don't have to snack, So I should stay on track for the next 2 weeks.

No melancholic story. I should remain sanguine throughout the duration. I got it all EXCEPT a sound mind in a sound body. The mission I set for myself.
Stay on track. Focus on the now.
Be great. Think in terms of possibility. What does it take to be able to run again? Before that, what does it take to be thin? Before that, how do I get rid of gout? The quality of our life is dependent on the quality of the questions we ask.
In the solitude of my confinement, I concluded that if it is to be then it is up to me. I have to do it. What is so difficult? I eat less and I exercise more.
