Today I'm making good progress. I should do it again tomorrow.
Stay focused on what matters.
I should just concentrate on the walk and the Superset until Ramadan. Just so that I gain momentum.
Today is really a good day. I even managed to get a 2 hours nap in the morning. My mood is fantastic. Certainly, diet and exercise play an important role in stabilizing my mood.
As long as I watch what I eat and exercise regularly, I can ward off depression. That is important in helping me to control my sugar intake.
Boy, I feel great. Now, if only I can sleep at 10:00 pm and wake up at 4:30 am.
So campur tolak, kali bahagi, It's back to delighting the Universe Within. The rest are peripherals. Now you got it, stay with it, all the way.
I bet once I balance diet and exercise, nothing else matters. I then fall in love with no other tha[t] (than) myself; the Greatest Love of All.
In a way, that is what Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss are all about. A shortcut will be smoking pot.
I am shutting off that avenue. Let's just play with diet and exercise.
Tomorrow I walk at 5:00 am. That is part of my Vision Quest.
