3. Achieving a 2 1/2 hours run

5. Monitoring the health markers ie: gout, hypertension
6. Moving up the pecking order ie: the Syawal Run
7. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle ie: watching movies
8. Fighting depression
9. Pursuing happiness ie: writing the blog
10. Sleeping well
The most glaring thing is if I focus on long-distance running, I have no time to eat junk.
