 I had some crackers and Briscoff spread.

I'm changing my strategy starting today.  Every day I must exercise at least for one hour.  I will not be defeated.

I need to regulate my sleep.  I had not been sleeping well.  Out of 4 weeks, 2 weeks I cannot sleep well.  I hope I can tackle that by tiring the body through exercise.
