I feel hungry and fatigued. I'll do Mall Walk at 8:30 am. So unmotivated. Feels like snuggling in this cool weather.
I had dragon fruit for breakfast. Still hungry. Is there an end to this feeling? Or do I have to put an end to it?
A lot needs to be done in order to lose 40 kg. For one, NO REFINE CARBS. No 3-in-1, no nasi lemak, and no crackers.
I cannot give the satisfaction of winning to paliperidone. I have to fight. Gosh, so sleepy.
I know, I'll do Superset 9. That's not it. I am damn hungry. I need to tackle hunger.
