16/2/23 ^^^ I am looping in a downward spiral

 That is not good.  I need to break the pattern.  Otherwise, it becomes a form of addiction.  

TraXX is a lost cause.  I better move on.  I better move on from everything there is.  I just shift from 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run to 2 1/2 hours BU 2 Loop Run.  What it means is...

No, I can't do that.  I made a commitment to myself to run Bukit Kiara.  Yes, I can.  Running is about the inner landscape.

Time to go for constructive destruction.  Train BU 2, Run BU 2, Glorify BU 2.

What it means is I do the standard 8 km/hour run and finish at 20 km. If I run faster, I finish longer.  If I run slower, I finish shorter.  My marker is time instead of distance.

I run at 5:00 am and finish at 7:30 am.  This has nothing to do with the masses.  I do this for my personal satisfaction.

I start with 30 min, then 45 min, then 1 hour, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, and 2:30.

9x2 = 18 months

I increase my distance every 2 months.

There is hope.  2 1/2 hours/150 minutes at 60 kg.
Now, that is inspiring.
As for the Cybernetic Loop, 
I stick with the maximum dose - Symphony 924


Next, I need to break my addiction to Sugar.
