15/2/23 ^^^ I have to do it

 This is not a question of choice.  If I continue being overweight, for sure I have all the complications that I am facing now.

If I want to live well, I need to be thin.  There is already a compromise.  Instead of removing rice from my diet, I will continue to eat rice for dinner and at the same time skip breakfast.

This is the third attempt for me to quit Sugar and Flour.  I will not fail now.

Sometimes I wonder wh[at] (why) it is so difficult for me to quit sugar?  Then I remember that I am on a dopamine antagonist medication.  Therefore I need the rice to regulate my dopamine.  Otherwise, I get very depressed.

That's the way it is...
