Right, time to wind down for the night.
I really love today. After a series of off days, I now can function again. The lesson here is to take it easy UNTIL it becomes a habit.
I want to do this on a daily basis rather than be gungho on only a few intermittent days.
I will start to alternate the workouts by next week. Then during Ramadan, I change the variation.
This year, I will do the Dry Fast OMAD. Therefore, I work out for 1 hour before I break my fast.
Again, I aim to lose 20 kg before Ramadan and 10 kg during Ramadan.
This is my Vision Quest. Serious running training will be from Syawal onwards.
Until then, I alternate the walk and the elliptical in the morning and Superset and calisthenics in the evening.
