 Don't need too many rules.  I just float.

The gunk is pretty nasty today. I think because I exercise yesterday.

Well, to put things in perspective, no more wandering aimlessly.  My mind is like well-sharpened cutlery.  Ready to slash without hesitation.  Therefore, here is the deal...  Back to minding my own business.

So today I start with Green Tea and 16/8 IF.  I am in a good mood today.  The writing reflects that.  I am in a carefree mood.  So nothing is going to get me down.

Therefore I want to talk about Sugar and Flour, my nemesis.  I can do away with these two.  These are not food.  They are EDIBLE POISONS.  If I need sweet stuff, I should eat fruit, not sugar or sugary stuff like 3-in-1 coffee.  There is nothing good coming out of this sweet treat.

That is why I am determined to quit Sugar and Flour.  Just like I quit cigarettes.  It is nothing more than a long history of addiction.  If I can drill home the message that there is nothing good coming out of Sugar and Flour, then I am home free.

Just like I managed to drill that there is nothing good coming from visiting the Gaysha.  I have to win this battle.  I already lost twice in a row, this month.

Let's name the benefit of quitting Sugar and Flour:
1.  Regulate dopamine surge
2.  Not sleepy after meals
3.  No constant hunger
4.  Get rid of insulin resistance
5.  Get rid of brain fog
6.  Lower blood pressure
5.  Get rid of blurry eyes
6.  More alert
7.  More energy
8.  Better sleep
9.  Lose weight
10. NO GOUT!

Why do I have to eat Edible Poison?  If I need to eat sweet stuff, I just eat fruit.

The only way to stop eating Sugar and Flour is to avoid eating them ALTOGETHER.  Don't touch them ever again.  I am eating poison and a drug more addictive than cocaine.

I have to unlearn sweetness.
