19/2/23 *** I concluded that my real journey is my journey to 60 kg in 6 months

 That is the real challenge.  The rest are fleeting.  60 kg in 6 months is my Everest.  My companion is the Senjutsu album.

No cunts nothing...  Just Iron Maiden.  Maybe the Last of the Mohican.

What counts is the shift towards Athlete4Life.

As long as I run, I will reach my goal of 60 kg.  If I am deemed crazy, might as well go crazy over 60 kg.  Let that be my obsession and madness.  I will persist.

That's because I know that true happiness lies in being thin and fast.

Over and over again until it is part of me.  Like I quit cigarettes.  It doesn't matter how many times I try.  Until I quit.

Same with Sugar and Flour.  Until I stop altogether.  I will persist.

Over and over again.  This is an addiction.  I need to train my brain to say no to Sugar and Flour.

Cut off all other addictions.  Just focus on quitting this addiction.

What are my priorities in life?
1.  Say no to Sugar and Flour
2.  Sleep at 10:00 pm
3.  Wake up at 4:30 am
4. 1-hour morning exercise
5.  No snacking 
6.  Superset 9

The training starts tonight.

Until I can run.

From now on, this blog is about being focused.
