17/2/23 ### This is really neat, I am alert even after lunch

 I watched the athletics videos.  Transformation normally takes a year.  It is a total commitment.

I decided to incorporate 6 Calisthenics Exercises on TTH

1.  Plank

2.  Bridge

3.  Jumping Jack

4.  Pushup x 20

5.  Burpee

6.  Abs Bicycle 30


In addition, I do the 4 Points Stretching.
