So here I am, totally focused on Personal Mastery. Listening to Symphony 924.
I have another method to monitor my progress. That is to measure my waist. Currently, it is a whopping 45 inches. My goal is to reduce it to 28 inches.
The strategy is through a calorie deficit. Which means I have to exercise every day. I have to make a point that my life is about diet and exercise.
These are my pledges:
The main reason for my weight gain was medication. Next is the 3-in-1 Coffee and Super Combo Nasi Lemak.
I must fight this battle all the way. A calorie deficit is the only way.
