10/2/23 ### With my spirit renewed, I plowed through

 I will skip exercising today.  I don't have enough sleep.  Instead, I use today as a buffer to sharpen the saw by affirming some positive thoughts.

Let's put it this way, I want to loosen up today.  No point pushing the limit if you are already hitting the wall.  In my case, the wall is not my physical limitation but rather, my mental capability.

Since the beginning of the year, I had been under the weather.  It's the sleeping pattern.  And I snack between meals.

It's just a small matter.  Nothing that I cannot solve with discipline and a positive mindset.

Back to the drawing board.

When did I fall off the wagon?

Since 4/2/23 starting with the crackers, honey, and raisins.  Followed by Pasar Malam food and cakes.  Then on 8/2/23, we had the chicken biryani.  The grand finale is tonight: Kenny Hill's Bakers' lasagna.

Therefore it was doomed to fail from the very start.

All it takes is for me to avoid Sugar and Flour.  That I still cannot do.  If I can do away with 3-in-1 Coffee, that will be a great achievement already.

Next is to not snack.

All I need to do are these two things and I  am home free.

Definitely, I need to motivate myself not to eat.
