The time is 9:27 pm. I am pretty full from dinner just now.
Since I slept the whole day today, there is no way I can fall asleep at 10.00 pm tonight.
Therefore I will ramble and ramble until the wee hour of the morning and take a short nap before waking up at 4:30 am so that I can enjoy the solitude of my morning walk.
Forget about getting 8 hours of sleep. I sleep for 4 hours, exercise, and then sleep again for another 4 hours.
When I'm thin and fast, I will experience bliss. I longed for lasting happiness. Let's start with living a clean life.
A life of no stimulants. Just high on oxygen and water.
I feel sleepy.
I want to lay in bed.

Say, if I can eat right, move more, and sleep well, I can consider that a success. So far, all three are a challenge for me.
