I don't want to alarm you, but 100 kg is pretty much my heaviest point. Last year I hit 110 kg.
The good news is, what goes up must come down. The only thing is since I am experiencing Insulin Resistance, my weight is stalled for far too long.
Healthwise, my joints are highly inflamed. I have to inch into exercising. The inflammation is a nagging pain. So 30 kg @ 3 months is pretty ambitious.
I cannot lose my weight fast enough. My take is I need to reduce carbs much further. I still eat a lot. The 3-in-1 Coffee is a real killer.
Notice, I am repeating the same story. What else? I have to keep repeating the same story until I manage to establish consistency in my weight loss effort.
Really Sarah, I am a bit worried. 7 months is a long time.
Now listen to me, knowing is not good enough. I need grit. So I'm going to continue reading about grit until I am sleepy.
