17/2/23 ### Begin Athlete4Life Ver. 2.0

This is already the midpoint to the 3 months deadline.  Can I still lose 30 kg before Ramadan?  I don't think so.

My new target is to weigh 60 kg by 6/8/23

Before Ramadan, I will lose 20 kg.

By Shawal I lose another 10 kg.

My strategy is through Calorie Deficit.

I decided that Mix FM is my additional station.

Eat lunch at 1:00 pm, just nice to lift weights at 3:00 pm

That is the nature of the beast.

Let me tackle running and Superset 9.  Then only I slowly tackle calisthenics.  This is a lifetime quest.  No more machines.  The next leap is no more iron.  That is the long-term goal.  Bar - risen...
