I just follow up with black coffee.

Think of losing 40 kg and the ability to run, run, and run.

Nothing else matters.  Be thin so I can run fast.

No Sugar and Flour
No 3-in-1 Coffee

I know I keep on repeating the same thing.  I will keep on doing it until I achieve my goals.

30 kg @ 3 months - Gold
20 kg @ 5 months - Silver
30 kg @ 6 months - Bronze

If I want to go for Gold, I got to avoid sugar and flour.  At the same time, I got to exercise rigorously.

This is my pledge for the next 2 weeks:  I got to nail it at 10 kg minimum.  It will be nice to make it to 15 kg.

We shall see.  I will [] (not) take anything with sugar and flour.

Any day above ground is a great day.

I need to pursue greatness.  I need the "wow" effect.  In this case, a wow is losing 20 kg in one month.

Let's go a little crazy.  Let's lose 20 kg in February and pursue "wow".

I am reinventing my future TODAY.

I only have 10 years to reinvent myself.  Certainly, I have to sieve the things that destroy me from things that strengthen me.

Today is when I make the stand. I want to be like William Gan when I am in my seventies.

All it takes is perseverance, persistence, and consistency. 

Thank you, God, for making *[] (me) weigh 60 kg and able to run, run, and run.

* Let's tackle the elephant in the room; the 40 kg excess weight.
