I won yesterday. Now to win today. It has to be like that, one day at a time[3]. There is no shortcut. That is why I need to plan my day carefully.
No breakfast in the morning. I need to keep my temple clean. No Sugar and Flour. No 3-in-1 coffee[3].
I cannot give up. I am aiming for 60 kg. If I win the day, I will break 100 kg by tomorrow.
Need to celebrate small wins[w].
Today I fight to win the 90 kg weight category.
If I do this in 2 weeks, I will regenerate the mitochondria.
Exercise AHAD every day for the next 2 weeks. That is my commitment.
Fight the urge to drink 3-in-1 Coffee like I fight the urge to smoke cigarettes.
100 kg is really ridiculous. I will cut until I hit 60 kg.
