3/2/23 ^^^ I concluded that I should spend my waking hours thinking and doing things to make me healthy and happy

 If the epiphanies are true, then I have only 18 years to realize my vision.  Granted that I had shared this Vision Quest with others.  However, nobody else is obligated to follow my path.

Therefore I just follow where the argument leads.  My end game is to serve me.  Not anyone else.

After all Sparta 4964 is my universe.  I had mentioned that it is an Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.

If th[e] (this) is the premise, I stand alone.  What I'm doing really is cultivating my own imagination so that I can strengthen my own consciousness.

So every day I perfected my world with the thoughts I have about who I am and where I am going.  My world outside of CCC is really small.  However, within CCC and within me, my world is a Universe.  Size does not matter.  What counts is the ability to imagine and manifest what is perceived.

Right now I am preparing the Universe Within to function like a Spartan Army.  That is the vision. of Sparta 4964; to create 50 trillion Spartans and 10 times more Citizen Soldiers to serve the Universe Within.

I am building my own collective. My army is within me.  These next 2 weeks are about eliminating toxins and regenerating the mitochondria.

I will work towards achieving the optimum performance within the next 2 months.  Then I seal the deal in Ramadan

Within these 2 weeks, I will not lift heavy weights.  I skip rope and do the elliptical.

Fuck, I really want to get a habit going.  My concern is my body might not be able to adapt.  So I commit to walking for 1 hour every day for 2 weeks.

My priority is to be thin.  Therefore I reduce my carbs intake and I increase my aerobic activity.
