I'm damn hungry. This is common in the early stage of sugar cessation. Tonight I shall stop eating rice. Now there is no Open House to derail me from my cause.
I shall eat fish and veggies. I intend to cut rice from my diet entirely. At the same time, I don't intend to go hungry. So I will have lots of fruits and veggies.
I'm very high spirited over the idea of losing 40 kg. I think I can do it.
It's a two steps approach. The first step is to lose 30 kg in 3 months. The second step is to lose another 10 kg in another 3 months. The reason being is I know I can do 70 kg in 3 months Should I fail, I got 6 months to hit 60 kg.
This time I keep a special watch on carbs. Especially during Aidil Fitri.
I have 18 years to cross the finish line as a man fully functioning. The kickstart is a 21 km BU 2 Run in 2024 (in case Bukit Kiara is off-limits).
I like the direction I am heading with my writing. I just talk about losing 40 kg. Nothing else. It is action-oriented. Furthermore, I feel very lightfooted with the diet I am having right now. This is me being in the optimum state when comes to diet and exercise.
With this new mission, I can stay focused on achieving my goal.
Suddenly I have a purpose. That is to reverse my metabolic aging. This is a new story in my life.
I like it very much. I had done so much in my life, and now to pursue a personal goal. At last, I now found something worth fighting for; Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.
I shall call this project Pursuing Ikigai @ 60
3/2/23 Pursuing Ikigai @ 60
- No more [refine] carbs - Including rice
- Exercise AHAD - minimum
- Weighing 60 kg
- Run 21 km every [] year for the next 18 years
This is a very exciting proposition. It is inspiring. I shall run within BU 2. To stress a point that I don't need Bukit Kiara.
As long as I am [using] (pushing) it to the limit, anywhere is a game.
