If I want to choose this as my lifetime endeavor, I might as well get obsessed with losing 40 kg.
I'll do whatever it takes to hit that target. I'll make [] (it) to a point that it is my obsession. But first I got to lose 30 kg in 3 months. One month already passed. So this month, I up the ante. Hopefully, I lose 20 kg.
I will cut rice totally from my diet for this month.
I simply eat oatmeal and fruits during the day and LCHF in the evening.
I can do it. Let's give this idea a 2 weeks tryout.
I want to be thin and toned.
No more aiming for bulk. High maintenance.
