2/2/23 &&& This is what I talk about when I talk about myself

The main theme is about how to be healthy and happy.

Now I know.  I need a sound mind and a sound body.

To achieve that I need to Eat Right, Move More, and Sleep Well.

Therefore the focal points are diet and exercise.

Knowing is one thing, now is about doing.  It is worth repeating:

  • No Sugar and Flour
  • No snacking
  • A BIG NO NO 3-in-1 Coffee
  • Skip breakfast IF 16/8
  • In the meantime drink black coffee
  • 2MAD
  • Exercise AHAD
Yes, I repeat the same thing until I actually do it.

This is why I love talking to myself.  I reinforce the same thing over and over until it becomes second nature to me.

Who cares what other people think.  One of the ingredients to happiness is to be able to act on your thoughts.  I certainly look forward to that.

Tonight I am watching Physique 100.

I feel totally energized.
