2/2/23 ^^^ The immediate goal is 70 kg, the long term is 60 kg

I have to keep on moving; move more, eat right, and sleep well.

That's all to it.  I have to drill it into my head until I actually do it.  

2 weeks, battle against Sugar and Flour.  That is the priority right now.

I need discipline and willpower.  With the help of ACV and black coffee, I can do it.  Stay focus...
