That is where I'm heading. If I can achieve that, I reach my promised land. So let's start with walking every day. No matter what, I need to sleep early. Or at most, before 12:00 am.
So, every day is an IF 16/8 day. Definitely AHAD, 2MAD, and OMEH.
This is war! The siege did not work. So I'm changing my strategy to multiple prongs attack. I'll do the four fronts attack. The objective is to overcome sugar addiction within 2 weeks. That will free the mitochondria.
This is more exciting than anything else. Seeing you[] own progress is the greatest motivation of all.
I don't need anything else. All I need is the weighing machine and my ability to run 21 km.
A 21 km is a 21 km no matter where I run. The most important thing is to be able to run without much interference.
In the long run, I am talking about shredding 40 kg. Eat less, exercise more. No snacking. That is the killer.
I must want it bad enough. 60 kg is doable. Make it 2 years.
- No snacking
- No Sugar and Flour
- Eat 2MAD
- Exercise a minimum AHAD
- Sleep early
- Do OMEH
