2/2/23 ### Firm is firm, emptiness is emptiness

 Today is the day I say no to Sugar and Flour.

Consuming excess Sugar and Flour will raise your insulin levels. Insulin also has a very important job, which is to regulate your blood sugar. As you eat more sugar your insulin levels rise, your blood sugar destabilizes, and your leptin gets blocked!

"Refined sugars and flours can activate the reward pathway in the brain like certain drugs, due to the release of dopamine as a result of high glycemic content,"

I need to regulate my dopamine.  I have to persist for 2 weeks.  This is the fight for my life.

What you do in you[] fifties will determine how well you are in your seventies.
