2/2/23 *** Black coffee saves the day

 Now I know.  The real culprits are the 5Cs.  However, for the time being, I [] (use) Caffeine as my swing to suppress my desire for Sugar and Flour.

So far it is working.

The issue here is dopamine.  I need to tame the beast.

This is the root of the matter - dopamine.  Maybe I should carry on with Paliperidone.  I counter it with exercise.

With dopamine, it's back to basic.  I need to taper it so that I don't have to deal with the surge.
