I was hungry as hell the next day. At least I feel better after a major feast.
Now I know, when I exercise, I MUST EAT.
Now I am very energetic. I still cannot decide whether I do elliptical and skip rope or Superset 9. I think I do Superset 9.
Definitely Superset 9. I am so full of energy. If I can get rid of gout, I better start to think about running. These next few days I better push it to the brink. I change my mind about skipping rice. I just skip breakfast.
There is always the aversion to pain. I must persist on Superset 9.
I had chosen Athlete4Life as my life. I must accept that pain is my friend.
Damn, after showering I am very mellow. I'll pass today. Unless I get my second wind this afternoon.
