2/12/23 ^^^I am winning if everyday I do 3 things

  •  Skip breakfast with ACV
  • Stop drinking 3-in-1 Coffee
  • Walk for an hour in the evening.

These are the minimum I [w]ave (have) to do on DAILY BASIS if I want to be thin. 

Next is to flow with the circumstances.  In my case, that is to take a siesta at 3:00 pm if I feel like it.

Truth to the matter, I am addicted to dopamine.  Previously, I get my hit from fags, dope, and cunts.  Now those things were gone, I am still hooked to 3-in-1 coffee.

I have to break this habit like I am breaking the habit of Sugar and Flour.

I have to ride the dopamine surge until 14/1/23.

This is an all-out assault on dopamine addiction.  As long as I am addicted to dopamine, I will always have issues on inflammation/
