Every part of my body is aching. In particular, my shoulders and knees.
Tomorrow morning is elliptical for 15 mins. Since I cannot sleep, I plan to do it around 10:00 am.
This is the Spartan lifestyle. Moving all the time. Always prepared and in the daily pursuit of excellence.
A Spartan forgo comfort in exchange for agility. I bet they got grit. I need to set a high standard for myself if I call myself a Spartan
Pain is my friend. If I cannot achieve progress immediately through moving more, at least I need to eat right. Certainly I don't sleep well. Of the 3, the least I can do within my control is eat right.
So tonight, no matter what, I will not drink 3-in-1 Coffee. It is the TOP OF THE LIST POISON.

I can do it too. I just watch my diet and exercise EVERY DAY like a hawk.
Most importantly I need to lose weight. Once that happens, I can do away with the medications. That is not my priority right now. My priority is to be thin.
What I can do is put special emphasis on the kidney during the regular blood test. Never Give Up.
