Basically, I'm referring to 90% of the 774 "friends" I have on Facebook. What a waste of resources. We should be able to leverage the numbers.
Unfortunately, the numbers are generally useless unless we have a Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI)... Otherwise, it is just 9 out of 100. These are the people that make a difference.
Even so, out of 100, only 1 can bring everybody home. Only 1% with a ratio of 1:9 at best and 1:99 at worst.
We can control the masses through Swarm Intelligence. However, that requires VLSI.
Therefore what is the most practical answer? None other than the Binary Model. One master, two apprentices. In this case, the master is also the apprentice and the apprentice is also the master all the way down the chain of command.

The way I see it, no matter what, the deployment has to be a cascading effect. Otherwise, we are seriously outnumbered.
Technology can help. As I said, through Swarm Intelligence. However, we need large enough numbers like Twitter.
We need to look at Twitter as a flock of starlings using the VLSI Design to control their flight. We have been doing it with the influencers. Now is to sway the masses to CLEAN UP EARTH.
Of course, the idea is to keep the temperature down. That is the Net Zero. However, we need to get rid of cellular debris. We are talking about pristine surroundings. Think Japan and Switzerland.
That is the same idea with the Universe Within. What you do internally *[you] [44] will affect the External Universe.
