19/1/23 ^^^ Winning the battle one day at a time

 I cannot lose the battle 2 days straight.  Today I need to calibrate.  For goodness sake, it is only for 4 hours.

It's not like I will go berserk over a Nasi Lemak.  Even now, as we speak, the situation had improved much.  I feel my body revitalized after a visit to the bathroom this morning.


So I will hold to discipline in order to lose weight.  80% is about food.  Only 20% is exercise.  I need to withstand hunger or in other words, enjoy being hungry.

Let's hold on to the basics; diet and exercise.  

My grit is 30 kg @ 3 months.  It is li[f]e (like) a Formula One Race.  That is my Gold.  Let's wi[ll] (win) a Gold Medal very early in the year.  Must balance diet and exercise.



Imagine what it will do to my morale if I win Gold before Ramadan.  Then the whole year I will concentrate on the Daisho Set and the Statue of David.

It can be done.  I need the grit to do it.  Today I'll do the Mall Walk again.  Too early to run.

IF YOU WANT TO BE BRAVE, YOU GOT TO BE SMART.

Can I achieve my goal with minimum effort[4]? 

Back to basics.  Eat less and exercise more.  For a start, I need to exercise for at least 1 hour a day.

The idea is to move 12.5% of the day or 3 hours a day.

No more living dangerously, with gout and hypertension.
