Phidippides is not Phidippides if not for the training.
To win I must do. I am Phidippides. I shall run to Sparta and back. I will not be denied. I am a runner. Inside every marathon runner lives the spirit of Phidippides.
I will run, run, run, and run. This I must do. Before I can run freely like the Spartans, I will use the elliptical every other day. I will persist and persevere. I will be patient and consistent.
This Last of the Mohicans is my theme song.
LET'S RIDE!
I can only last for 10 minutes. The sweat gets on the wa[s] (way).
It's OK, that is my benchmark. From here on every MWF morning is Elliptical Hour. Then in the afternoon Superset 9
Today, I'll just rest. I must have the commitment to be consistent.
The last of the Mohicans will accompany me throughout the day. It is like training for a competition.
I want to lose 30 kg. Tonight is the beginning of the 30 kg @ 3 Months Final Mode.
Rules:
- No Cannabis
- No 3-in-1 Coffee
- No rice
- Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day
Those are my plights.
