So no morning workout. I made up for the loss with a one-hour mall walk. Straight away after that, I am motivated to do Supersets 9.
I am super motivated today because I sleep well and eat right. This is Day One. If I continue like this, I will be lean and mean by Ramadan.
In Ramadan, I will do OMAD. Maybe I focus on perfecting the elliptical routine. Nothing heavy.
The Kettlebell Superset is really solid. The other Supersets are for warmups and toning. The Kettlebell is 16 kg mind you. The Light Dumbbell is 1.5 kg each. The Medium Dumbbell is 6 kg each.
I really enjoy each superset.
It beats OMEH any time. So for OMEH, I plan to do plank/bridge, jumping jack, and burpee.
Plenty of permutations to play with.
The conundrum is food. Once I have the ability to withstand hunger, just watch out.
I am doing away with 30 kg. That is one-third of my body weight. 33% of my body is fat.
Maybe I maintain 5% or 7% fat. I don't care much about bulking. I lif[e] (lift) weights [t]o (so) that I can burn more fat.
I want to be an avid runner with some boxing skills. Simply lifting weights doesn't add to the talent pool.
I like this song very much... Reminds me of our early years. Full of turbulence.
