15/1/23 &&& Begin detox 16/1 - 29/1

I want to lose 30 kg.  Tonight is the beginning of the 30 kg @ 3 Months Final Mode.

Rules:

  • No Cannabis
  • No 3-in-1 Coffee
  • No rice
  • Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day

Those are my plights.

I had oatmeal and raisins for dinner.  Then I pump in all the pills and the supplements.

Interestingly, without rice, I feel lighter and more alert.  I nearly wanted to meet BJ for a smoke.  Fortunately, Lizzie is left alone in the house, so I canceled my plan. 

For the next two weeks, I only need to do 4 things to detox.  I must do it.  The schedule had been shifted twice; from 1st October to 1st January to now 16th January.  I can't fool around anymore.  I need to pass the 2 weeks detox.

By now I must have a workable model.  I know I need to diet and exercise but I do not stick to knitting ESPECIALLY with food.  My food is high in carbs.

This is my simplest model.  I should be able to follow it.
