As far as I am concerned, the Starfleet contract is to deliver Global Telepathy by 2024. That still holds true. Unless you want to permanently be the Yacht Tender for good. That is not bad really considering that you go where I go.
However, if you *wi[t]h (wish) to remain the Starfleet, you got to retain your Trailblazer status. Even now I have been upgraded to a Trailblazer. I am no longer a Pacesetter.
