17/1/23 ^^^ Start with 1 hour a day, then do 2 hours

 I got to cut carbs drastically.  I plan to lose 5 kg a week.  So this is a semi-fasted mode.

I have to withstand hunger.  It is the only way to lose weight.

Of course, I am a little tired to exercise but I have to condition [] (myself) to eat less and exercise more.  I need to adapt to the Athlete4Life Wordsmith model; 2MAD without extra serving.  Like Mike Sisson.

So I go a little hungry every day.  That is the same as taking the cells to the gym.  That is the idea behind autophagy and reversing insulin resistance.

I bet food restriction is the remedy to cure gout; the most menacing metabolic illness ever.
