This job requires dedication. Normally the session is very long and stretches from dawn to dusk. If I add Sound Journey, then it is another cycle of dusk to dawn.
In between is when I eat and sleep. Now I even lace exercise and light movement for one to five minutes every hour.
It's a gruesome and arduous task. Thank goodness all my kids are young adults and my wife is a pensioner. So I give this job all my might. Why not? There is no distraction.
