20/1/23 ^^^ Today I caved in

I am tired and hungry.  So I ate Nasi Lemak in the morning and consume large amount of carbs today.  It's like the car[d]s (carbs) retaliate to my resolution to cut carbs.

I need to be careful at this point.  If not I fall back to minus one.  Before I know it, I will be smoking pot again.  Never, never, never.

I want to be an Athlete4Life Wordsmith, no matter how crazy that is.

So I am on a losing battle with Sugar and Starch.  All I need to do is calibrate back.  Go easy on the rice part.

Or I persist on no sugar.

I think I stick with eating rice but I don't snack.  The danger is in the snacking.  UNLESS I can do away with both rice and snacking.

This is a battle.  I cannot give up that easily.

Note:  No more Bungkus Kaw Kaw.  Not worth the value.
