17/1/23 *** Very hungry today, ate lunch at 11.00 am

 I am enjoying Canon in D.  Looks like I'll skip the Mall Walk and do the elliptical at 1:00 pm.  Then at 2.00 pm, I'll do Supersets 9.  Lizzie is caught up with budgeting.

Today is a weightlifting day anyway.

Note:  This is a mistake.  Weighlifting is MWF.

So from 10 minutes of elliptical, I'll try to make it to 15 minutes today.

I must persist.  That is grit.  I got to have grit.

I decided to do the Mall Walk.  The loop at Curve is exactly 15 minutes per loop.  So I did 4 loops.  That's 6 km.  Since today is my run day and not my weights day.  I decided to skip Supersets 9.  

I am craving Nasi Lemak.  Damn, carbs craving.  I countered that with Green Tea.

I try not to do so many [] (things) at one time.  Considering food plays a crucial role, I try not to be rigorous with my exercise.  I get very hungry.

It is important that I follow the schedule to avoid overtraining.

  • MWF -  Elliptical and Superset 9
  • TTh - Run and Calesthetics
  • Sa - Elliptical and Skip Rope
  • Su - Walking and Boxing
