OK, let's start to look into the 2023 1st Quarter Planning:
- Wake up at 7:30 am
- Brisk Walk: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
- ACV at 10:00 am
- OMEH and 2MEH: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Oatmeal Lunch at 12:00 noon
- Siesta: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Brisk Walk: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- No Rice Meal Dinner at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 10:00 pm
I will be thin again if I do this for 3 months before Ramadan 23/3/23

No breakfast, ACV, no 3-in-1 Coffee, Oatmeal Lunch, single serving dinner, exercise 2 hours a day.
