6/1/23 ###I am slowly climbing back to the peak state

 I managed to do the Supersets.  Coming to the second round.

I'm thinking of doing the elliptical after I complete round 2.

I got to keep on nudging.  Pushing my comfort zone.

The key is in moving.

8 hours sitting, 40 minutes moving.

That is 5 minutes per hour.

This is life for me.  To be able to Eat Right, Move More, and Sleep Well.  All of a sudden I feel renewed.  I want more and more out of life.  Very importantly I need the Goldilock Point so that I don't over-exert myself, especially in the early stage.

Funny, CCC is also my gym.  Can you imagine?

I need to pace myself.  The elliptical machine is a good start.

I cannot believe that 15 minutes on that baby is enough to make me sweat.

Eating right is very important.  It is easy to add flavor to food.  But to make it without sugar, salt, and frying, now that takes a class act.

We are surrounded by junk.  All the fried stuff are junk.  The fast food are all fried.

Basically, fried stuff are not natural.  What's more if you have fried flour like roti canai and cucur bawang.

Dangerous...  What nourishes me destroys me.  I am talking about 3-in-1 Coffee and pasta even.

Well, here I am marching forward even after the rebellion tried to stop me.

I will not be denied.
