This is a great achievement after 2 false starts; knee pain and fever beginning with Christmas.

Tomorrow is the Van Gogh exhibition.  I really look forward to it.

That is a good start for 2023.

My benchmark is I should be able to run for 1 hour MWF.  That is about 8 km/hour.

I need to proceed with a zest.
