14/1/23 ^^^I need to build strength on daily basis.

 The challenge is to sleep early.  Then I can wake up early.  

David Goggins's book is a disappointment at this point.  It takes forever to go through his life history.  I get it, you have a dark past.  Now move on to the motivational stuff.

I did a 30 min walk just now.  No matter how little it is.

Bearing in mind I should avoid the 3 C's altogether this year.  

Why do I dread the elliptical machine?  It's because the machine makes me tired.  So I reduce from Level 4 to Level 2.

I am Icarus.  I keep pushing my limits.

Today I am completely rested.  I sleep the whole day.  Tomorrow I rise again.  I need a strong heart.

Instead of listening to David Goggins, I write my own grit story.  In the end, it is grit.  Over and over again until I develop the mental callousness to be relentless.
