I prepared the oatmeal and raisins. That should be my lunch meal.

I am very sure I passed the dependency stage of dope and cigarettes. I am no longer hooked. Therefore I will not touch another dope or cigarettes again.
From the time I remained mostly quit until now, that is 4 years. That is cigarettes and dope. The good news is, once I quit cigarettes, the easier for me to quit dope. This Sugar and Flour are more challenging. I need to really taper off dopamine or regulate my exercise routine.
12:30 pm I start with the supersets again.
Aaah... That was a good lunch. Oatmeal sure feels great in the tummy. Next that feel good are Supersets.
