7/1/23 ^^^For the past few weeks the gout was on the left knee. Now it is on the right ankle

There is no getting rid of this illness except [] (by) eliminating sugar and starch.

I sure like to have some of Dome's lasagna.  Can't beat Kenny Hill's Baker shepherd's pie though.

It's the melted cheese.  Yummy...

Food is getting tastier.  And pricier.

Definitely, I cannot follow my tongue.  A very high price to pay.

I am at peace now although my ankle is throbbing in pain.  Looks like I cannot do away with medication.  I shall persist.

There is something serene about JFK's playlist tonight.

I am longing for the day I can run, run, and run again.  That is my lifetime dream.  Running around the campus of UNT.

There is no decline before 96 years old.
That means I am still climbing until I am in my 70s.

I don't mind dying. It's the suffering that I want to avoid.  I can only do so provided I eat less and eat right.

OK, let's start to look into the 2023 1st Quarter Planning:


Wake up at 7:30 am

Brisk Walk: 8:00 am - 9:00 am

ACV at 10:00 am

OMEH and 2MEH:  10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Oatmeal Lunch at 12:00 noon

Siesta:  3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Brisk Walk:  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

No Rice Meal Dinner at 8:00 pm

Sleep at 10:00 pm


I will be thin again if I do this for 3 months before Ramadan 23/3/23.
